BORN IN MANCHESTER - LIVING IN YORKSHIRE

I was born and raised in Manchester and absolutely love the city.

It was my wife Lisa who persuaded me to cross the border and live in Yorkshire.

When it comes to planning a successful Northern Quarter Engagement Session, there are a few things to keep in mind. First and foremost, it's important to choose a photographer who has experience shooting in the area and can help you find the best spots for your photos. It's also a good idea to plan your shoot for a time when the streets are less crowded, such as early in the morning or on a weekday.

NORTHERN QUARTER LOCATIONS & COFFEE HOUSES

One great location for an engagement shoot in the Northern Quarter is Stevenson Square. This public square is home to some of the area's most stunning street art, including a coloUrful mural featuring Manchester's most famous musicians.

Another popular spot is the Afflecks building, which houses a variety of indie shops and cafes and provides a unique backdrop for photos.

Of course, no engagement session in the Northern Quarter would be complete without a stop at one of the area's many coffee shops or bars. Some great options include Foundation Coffee House, Takk, and Common, all of which offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Whether you're looking for a cosy nook to snuggle up with your partner or a lively spot to share a drink, there are plenty of options to choose from.
